RULE 1)If you have beem dismissed from H.V.M. in the last 5 yrs this program does not apply to you!!

RULE 2 )If your mower does not meet all rules and specifications of the H.V.M. rule book, you will still be allowed to run.

RULE 3 )If you have used anything less than 100% of the original lawn mower frame,you can run the FX class.

RULE 4 ) YOU must provide H.V.M. with a hard copy rule book from the organization that you currently belong to ,including ths rules for which your mower was desinged to run in.And if your mower meets the rules and regs of the organization that you currently belong to you will be allowed to run.

Rule 5) Highland view will not tolerate any rough driving or bumping.

Rule 6)Points accumulated in this program are not transferable.
